Tom is a Senior Manager in Harnham’s Applied AI function, covering roles at the forefront of AI innovation. He specialises in AI Research Science and Engineering, Applied Agentic and Generative AI Engineering, and senior-level strategic AI hires.
Tom works across two distinct channels. The first is product-led businesses, PE and VC backed, where value creation is paramount. Here, Tom understands the nuance of each hire and brings tailored solutions and strategies for securing top-tier talent that can genuinely move the needle.
The second is the frontier side of AI research, where he understands the depth of research disciplines, the GPU infrastructure that underpins them, and what it takes to attract talent working at the cutting edge.
For clients, Tom offers a direct and honest read on a fast-moving market where reputation and technical credibility carry real weight, helping them compete effectively for a small, in-demand pool of talent and make confident hiring decisions at pace.
Outside of work, Tom is an avid sportsman across cricket, hockey, golf and pretty much anything else.
