Kirsty Garshong is a Vice President at Harnham and a founding member of the firm’s UK Contracts division. Over the course of her career, she has helped build and develop Harnham’s contract offering, leading teams across both the UK and US and supporting organisations in securing specialist contingent talent for project-based and transformation-focused work.
Kirsty specialises in the data, analytics, AI and technology markets, working with organisations ranging from fast-growing businesses to global enterprises. Her focus is on delivering contract talent solutions across a broad range of disciplines, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence and technology.
Working closely with hiring leaders, Kirsty supports clients through contract recruitment, workforce planning and talent advisory services. She has considerable experience helping organisations access specialist skills for time-sensitive projects, technology implementations and business change programmes.
