He provides strategic recruitment solutions across permanent, contract and executive hiring, helping clients secure the talent they need through an efficient, consultative and solutions-led approach.
With a strong background in Recruitment and Account Management, Ewan works closely with hiring leaders to understand their business objectives, advise on market conditions and talent strategy, and deliver tailored hiring solutions that support long-term growth.
His focus is on building trusted partnerships, streamlining recruitment processes and ensuring successful hiring outcomes through a seamless and commercially driven service.
Outside of work, Ewan enjoys playing golf, keeping fit in the gym, running the occasional marathon, walking his dog and exploring new destinations around the world with his wife.
