Lottie began her career with Harnham in London, managing recruitment within the Data Science and Machine Learning market before relocating to Amsterdam to join and help grow Harnham’s Netherlands business. She partners with start-ups, scale-ups and established organisations, supporting hiring initiatives across Machine Learning, Data Engineering and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Working across a variety of industries, Lottie supports both strategic and executive-level hiring projects, helping businesses attract and retain highly sought-after technical talent. She combines a deep understanding of the market with a consultative approach, viewing herself as an extension of her clients’ teams and working closely with them to achieve long-term recruitment and growth objectives.
