Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Systems

Remote (NYC HQ)
$200,000-225,000 Base Salary + Equity

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build production-grade agentic workflows, orchestration systems, tool integrations, and autonomous task execution capabilities.
• Partner with Product teams to translate complex advertising and marketing processes into reliable, agent-driven solutions.
• Develop the foundations required for deploying trustworthy AI systems, including evaluation frameworks, observability, guardrails, monitoring, and failure handling.
• Integrate AI-driven workflows with third-party advertising, marketing, analytics, and enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate directly with customers and technology partners to improve performance and usability of agentic features in real-world environments.
• Champion the use of modern agentic development tools and contribute to internal engineering workflows, standards, and best practices.
• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews as a senior individual contributor within a fast-moving engineering organization.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals across distributed systems, APIs, backend services, and data modeling.
• Proven hands-on experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, tool usage patterns, or multi-agent architectures.
• Experience designing and shipping production software in startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments.
• Ability to work with modern integration protocols and external platform ecosystems, including agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration.
• Strong written communication skills and experience collaborating effectively within remote-first teams.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI and agentic engineering technologies, trends, and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, digital media, or campaign management ecosystems.
• Experience integrating platforms such as customer data platforms, cloud data warehouses, advertising networks, or marketing analytics tools.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience running, fine-tuning, evaluating, or deploying local and self-hosted LLMs.

The company combines the scale of an established enterprise with a scrappy, high-ownership culture, and is currently investing heavily in modernizing its core engineering infrastructure. This role sits within the Licensing & Shared Services Engineering organization, focused on transforming business-critical licensing and accounts platforms that power multiple products globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the architecture and modernization strategy for licensing and accounts platforms.
• Lead transformation of complex backend systems, including multiple Java-based services.
• Design scalable, reusable licensing frameworks supporting multiple products and interfaces.
• Simplify integrations across products, reducing system complexity and improving maintainability.
• Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for licensing and accounts systems.
• Provide deep technical leadership across system architecture, design reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering teams to align strategy and execution.
• Guide integration approaches across multiple product lines and ensure system scalability and resilience.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• 5+ years at Director-level or above.
• Deep expertise in backend systems, particularly Java-based architectures.
• Strong experience in system design, platform architecture, and large-scale system transformation.
• Proven experience owning and executing technical roadmaps for complex platforms.
• Experience managing and influencing teams of 20+ engineers in highly cross-functional environments.
• Strong experience designing integrations across multiple systems and product ecosystems.
• Ability to simplify complex technical domains and drive architectural clarity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and business teams.

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with licensing, entitlement, or accounts platforms.
• Experience designing reusable frameworks for product scalability.
• Experience with cloud modernization initiatives.
• Exposure to regulated or legally constrained systems.
• Background in high-scale consumer or enterprise platforms.

Senior Data Engineer (Dallas, TX)

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join a growing organization in the Dallas area and play a key role in a newly launched cloud data platform initiative. This position will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to build and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities while supporting a modern data stack.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformations using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python
• Support and optimize data integrations across multiple business systems
• Take ownership of the data environment following an initial implementation phase
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights
• Contribute to reporting, analytics, and data modeling initiatives
• Ensure data quality, performance, and scalability across the platform

Requirements:

• 7+ years of data engineering or analytics engineering experience
