The Role
Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you’ll sit within a small team of three and take ownership of the end-to-end digital customer journey across the group’s brands. This is a highly hands-on role, but with a strong strategic element. You’ll be responsible for shaping the optimisation vision, building the roadmap and identifying where experimentation and customer insight can have the greatest commercial impact. You’ll work closely with Development, UX, Pricing and Customer Operations teams to deliver experimentation, personalisation and wider CX initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the end-to-end conversion journey, with accountability for conversion, revenue and customer experience

- Identify and define key business problems, with a focus on commercial impact and customer outcomes
- Conduct opportunity sizing, exploratory analysis and deep-dive product analytics
- Design and implement experiments, including A B testing and post-test analysis
- Define success metrics, dashboards and measurement frameworks with product stakeholders
- Translate analysis into clear recommendations that influence investment decisions
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build data-driven product features
- Apply light touch data science techniques such as segmentation, forecasting and recommendation approaches
- Use AI and emerging technologies to prototype and enhance product capabilities
- Balance analytical rigour with pace in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Your Skills and Experience
- Commercial experience using data to drive business decisions and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate them into structured analytical approaches
- Experience in product/customer analytics, experimentation and statistical analysis
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- SQL skills and working knowledge of a programming language such as Python or R
- Understanding of modern data platforms and dashboarding tools
- Strong grasp of experimentation design, including hypothesis testing and sample sizing
- Interest in AI and practical experience using data or AI tools to enhance workflows
- A product mindset, with the ability to connect data work to customer experience and revenue impact
