This is an opportunity to join a leading UK media organisation on an initial 3-6 month contract, taking ownership of Payroll & Benefits across multiple UK entities.
Working closely with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders, you'll act as the senior payroll SME, ensuring compliant, accurate and efficient payroll delivery while overseeing benefits, provider management and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work extensively with large-scale datasets.

You’ll play a key role in improving how customer service teams operate, using Salesforce Service Cloud to automate processes, enhance efficiency, and support best practice across the platform.

The Role and Deliverables
- Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to support customer service process improvements
- Build and optimise automation using Salesforce Flows, with a focus on low-code and declarative development
- Partner with Customer Service and Salesforce stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Support the adoption and optimisation of Einstein capabilities within the existing Salesforce environment
- Maintain clear technical and process documentation, ensuring changes are fully recorded and understood
- Manage deployments and environment changes using Gearset, following best practice DevOps processes and version control through GitHub
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud administration within complex environments
- Proven experience creating and maintaining Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
- Experience working in a contact centre or customer service environment
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and its practical application within Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Gearset for Salesforce DevOps and deployment management

Lead Credit Risk Analyst
Location: Leicester (Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office)

THE COMPANY
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consumer lending business as part of a growing Credit Risk function. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in shaping lending strategies, improving customer outcomes and supporting business growth through data-driven decision making. With a range of transformation projects underway, it’s an excellent time to join a business investing heavily in its Credit Risk capability.
THE ROLE
As a Lead Credit Risk Analyst, you will develop and optimise lending strategies across an existing customer portfolio, balancing commercial growth with responsible lending.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement lending, affordability and credit limit strategies.
- Analyse portfolio performance to identify risks and commercial opportunities.
- Design and evaluate strategy tests to improve customer outcomes.
- Deliver portfolio analysis, MI and customer trend reporting.
- Work closely with modelling teams to implement strategic changes.
- Support the rollout of a new behavioural scorecard and credit decisioning system.
- Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across the wider business to deliver key Credit Risk projects.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience within Retail Credit Risk or Consumer Lending (e.g. credit cards, loans or mortgages).
- Experience working on Existing Customer Management (ECM), acquisition or lending strategies.
- Knowledge of credit limit management, affordability or pricing strategy.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Exposure to SAS or Python is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
