The Role and Deliverables
- Design, build, and operate high-volume streaming and batch data pipelines across a modern cloud environment.
- Deliver complex migration projects, including the consolidation of real-time analytics platforms onto a scalable architecture.
- Enhance and optimise the lakehouse environment, including schema management, data contracts, partitioning strategy, and performance optimisation.
- Build reliable, production-grade data foundations that support analytics, machine learning, and data science initiatives.

This is an opportunity to join a data-driven organisation at a pivotal stage of growth, where analytics plays a central role in shaping product strategy. You will work closely with product, engineering and commercial teams, using insight, experimentation and measurement to influence decisions and improve user outcomes.

The Role and Deliverables
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to analyse user behaviour, identify pain points and uncover opportunities through quantitative analysis.
- Design and support experiments, develop hypotheses and help evaluate the impact of product initiatives.
- Define, document and align key business and product metrics, ensuring robust and reliable measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain high-quality data foundations and consistent reporting standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools that support data-informed decision-making.
- Deliver in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations to guide product strategy and business performance.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience applying analytics within a product-focused or digitally native environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience using Python or R for analysis.
- Familiarity with modern BI, analytics and visualisation platforms.
- Ability to translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and clear recommendations.
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting insights to a range of audiences.
- Curious, proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in understanding user behaviour.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
