The Role
- Lead a new team within the commercial analytics function, focused solely on credit pricing analytics and strategy.
- Own pricing approaches for new customer acquisition, setting individual interest rates based on risk and long term value.
- Develop customer lifetime value driven pricing strategies over three to five year horizons.
- Design and introduce retention pricing capabilities to re engage inactive customers.
- Oversee the build, validation and ongoing maintenance of credit pricing models including MPV, IRR and evaluation models.
- Deliver pricing insight through reporting, dashboards and structured A B testing.
- Work closely with credit risk, marketing, insurance analytics and other commercial teams to align pricing decisions.
- Manage and develop a team of four analysts, providing direction, coaching and strategic oversight rather than hands on delivery.

* Strong experience driving commercial performance. Ideally within a digital, media, or streaming environment but we are open to other industries like retail or ecommerce.
* Excellent analytical capability, with confidence interpreting complex data and surfacing actionable insights.
* Experience supporting financial modelling, business casing, or commercial evaluation.
* Solid understanding of digital products, monetisation models, and audience behaviour.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
* Ability to drive performance culture and promote data‑led decision‑making.
