Senior Analyst - Subscriber Growth

London (Hybrid - 4 days in office) - Up to £70,000

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading global streaming and entertainment business looking for a Senior Analyst - Subscriber Growth to join its analytics and insights team.

This is a high-impact role focused on driving subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement, and growth. You'll work closely with commercial, marketing, product, and analytics teams, turning complex data into actionable recommendations that directly influence strategic decisions across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver insights on subscriber acquisition, retention, engagement, and growth
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations
  • Design and evaluate statistically robust experiments and measurement frameworks
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and visualisations
  • Monitor key performance metrics and communicate trends to stakeholders
  • Support data-driven decision making across the business
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Partner with regional and international teams to align analytics approaches
  • Manage multiple stakeholder requests and deliver impactful analysis

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a strategic analytics or insights role
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries
  • Strong dashboarding and visualisation experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Solid grounding in statistics and analytical methodologies
  • Experience with experimentation, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, or predictive modelling
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or another statistical programming language
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, compelling business narratives
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance analytical workflows is a plus
