OVERVIEW

Are you a Product Manager who enjoys fixing how a business actually runs, not just shipping customer‑facing features? This is an opportunity to join a Series C Wealth Management / FinTech startup at a key stage, with a focus on improving and automating internal processes as the company scales.

The role is hands‑on and impact‑driven. You'll be working closely with teams across the business to remove manual work, simplify complexity and put better systems in place.

THE COMPANY

This wealth management business provides financial advice to high‑net‑worth clients through a digital, app‑based platform. Rather than managing assets directly, the focus is on helping clients understand and organise their finances, which gives the business flexibility to build a broad range of digital products and services.

Following strong growth and continued investment, the company is now focused on scaling in a sustainable, efficient way.

THE ROLE

As a Product Manager, you'll work across internal teams such as operations, business development, marketing and talent to understand how work gets done today and where it doesn't scale.

This isn't a traditional delivery‑squad role. You won't be running backlogs of customer features. Instead, your impact will come from improving internal workflows and making the business easier to run as it grows.

Day to day, you'll be working on things like:

  • Understanding existing operational processes and where time is being lost
  • Improving or automating workflows that are manual or repetitive
  • Building solutions using no code and low code tools
  • Setting up rules‑based processes and system integrations
  • Tracking whether changes actually save time or reduce workload
  • Working closely with a Senior Product Manager focused on automation and internal tooling

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Product Manager will have:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in a start up or fast tech environment
  • Experience improving or automating operational or internal processes
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a practical approach to delivery
  • Hands‑on experience with no code or low code environment
  • The ability to clearly talk through what you've personally worked on
  • Confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

You don't need to currently hold the title "Product Manager". Experience from systems, operations‑focused product or automation roles is also relevant.

BENEFITS

The successful Product Manager will receive:

  • Salary up to £70,000
  • 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent
  • Standard pension
  • Flexible, hybrid working

WHY APPLY

  • You'll work on problems that directly affect how the business scales
  • The impact of your work is visible and measurable
  • There's a lot of freedom in how you approach the role
