SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or STEM field
- 10+ years of commercial experience within AdTech/MarTech, specifically with experience building real-time decision-making platforms i.e. recommenders or personalization
- History of leading machine learning projects end-to-end
- Comfortable partnering with non-technical stakeholders
- Expert with Python (particularly statistical packages), TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras
- Track record of leading revenue-impactful projects
- Experience managing and growing data science teams
- Fluent in understanding customer / consumer data
- Ability to show examples of outside-the-box thinking
- Comfortable in autonomous and collaborative settings

The Role
- Lead a team of skilled AI/ML/MLOps Engineers to deliver innovative solutions and solve complex problems in the financial services sector.

Their software provides clients with insight into consumer opinions and assists in providing strategy solutions.
THE ROLE
As a Data Research Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the analytic work-streams on various projects. The position will include:
- Managing data analytics including segmentation analysis, multi-level regression modelling, and factor reduction
- Establishing best practices for analytic processes
- Automating common analytic tasks
- Running research and insights projects independently
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Some of the following skills and experience would be ideal, however they are open, and candidates don’t need to tick every box:
- 3 years or more of experience in analytics and/or survey data research
- Familiarity with running several types of statistical analysis (mixed-effect regression, segmentation, cluster analysis, etc.)
- Able to creatively run exploratory analysis
- Strong history of analysing survey data
- Strong R or Python skills
- Strong knowledge of the market research project life cycle
