This is an excellent opportunity for a People Reporting Analyst to join a globally operating organisation undergoing continued investment in people data, analytics and HR technology. You'll play a key role in delivering workforce insights, improving reporting capabilities and supporting strategic people initiatives across an international employee population.

Our client is a well-established global organisation with a large and diverse workforce. They are committed to leveraging data and technology to drive smarter people decisions and improve employee experiences across the business.
The People function supports multiple areas including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll, Learning & Development, Reward and People Systems.

The Role

As a People Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate reporting, meaningful workforce insights and data-driven recommendations to support decision making across the People function.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Building, maintaining and improving Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc People reports and analytics.
  • Extracting, analysing and interpreting workforce data from SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Investigating reporting issues and driving improvements in data quality.
  • Supporting reporting across recruitment, performance, learning, employee lifecycle and reward activities.
  • Partnering with People Systems teams on system enhancements, testing and implementation projects.
  • Identifying workforce trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Supporting reporting process improvements and data governance initiatives.
You'll also contribute to a variety of strategic projects, including:
  • Performance and talent reporting.
  • Internal mobility analytics.
  • Reward and benefits reporting.
  • HR technology implementation projects.
  • Data quality and reporting transformation initiatives.
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience using Power BI.
  • Strong SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • Experience within a People Analytics, HR Data, HR MI or People Reporting environment.
  • The ability to extract, interrogate and troubleshoot HR data.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • The ability to commute to Oxfordshire twice per week.
