The Role

As Head of Commercial Analytics, you’ll be the business lead on commercial analytics, pricing and unit economics. Working closely with the VP of Strategy & Analytics, senior leadership, co-founders, Product, Finance, Risk, Sales and Partnerships, you’ll own how pricing decisions are made across the business. This is a strategic and hands-on role; you’ll use SQL and Python to get into the detail, build commercial models and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations that influence growth and profitability. Your focus will be on understanding where the business can create more value through pricing, product development and commercial partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Own the pricing test programme across the consumer website and partner checkouts, designing and running experiments across price points, subscription terms, upfront versus monthly payments and promotional mechanics.
• Use data to understand the impact of pricing decisions on conversion, churn, margin and customer lifetime value.
• Build robust measurement frameworks, including sample sizing and guardrail metrics, to distinguish genuine conversion improvements from margin transfer.
