- Identify gaps or anomalies in tracking and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Journey & Performance Analysis
- Analyse customer journeys to identify drop-off points and opportunities for optimisation.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Contribute insight that directly supports digital, marketing, and product teams.
Collaboration & Improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to improve data usage and confidence in reporting.
- Operate comfortably in an environment where not all data is fully centralised.
- Support the ongoing evolution of digital analytics capability and best practice.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong, hands-on experience using GA4 (daily usage strongly preferred).
- Proven experience building custom reports within GA4.
- Experience creating dashboards in Looker and/or Power BI (examples encouraged).
- Solid understanding of web analytics and digital performance measurement.
- Experience with data validation, debugging, and tag troubleshooting (not implementation).
- Confident communicator with strong data storytelling skills.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and motivated by using data to drive real-world impact.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
- Exposure to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) concepts.
LOCATION & WORKING ARRANGEMENT
- Hybrid working model with 50% office-based expectation.
- Minimum 1 day per week in the office, with flexibility across locations.
- Regular travel to Burton-upon-Trent (approximately every other week; at least 2 days per month).
- Alternate Wednesdays based from the London office.
- Additional travel to Burton as required for stakeholder engagement (expenses covered, subject to approval).
WHY APPLY?
- Work at scale across a large and varied digital estate.
- Play a key role in improving data quality, insight, and decision-making.
