Elisabeth Oudman is a Principal Recruitment Consultant in Harnham’s Netherlands team, specialising in Data, Analytics & Insights recruitment. Over the past two and a half years, she has partnered with organisations across the Netherlands to deliver high-impact hiring solutions, helping businesses secure the talent they need to drive growth, innovation and data-driven decision making.

She works with start-ups, scale ups, media organisations and market research companies, supporting hires across Analytics, Insights, Digital Analytics, Customer Analytics and Market Research. Drawing on experience across both permanent and contract recruitment, Elisabeth advises clients on talent strategy, market trends and how to attract and retain top analytics professionals in a highly competitive market.

As one of Harnham’s Dutch-speaking consultants based in Amsterdam, she works closely with both local and international businesses looking to build and strengthen their data teams across the Netherlands.

Known for her consultative approach and understanding of the landscape, Elisabeth combines market expertise with a highly organised and detail-oriented recruitment process.
