The Role
As a Martech Engineer, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain tools that enable more effective marketing and analytics delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining proprietary products, automation tools, and data solutions.
- Designing scalable integrations and API-driven workflows.
- Working with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify challenges and deliver technical solutions.
- Developing data pipelines and cloud-based applications within a modern engineering environment.
- Supporting AI and agent-based projects that enhance operational efficiency and insight generation.
- Maintaining and improving existing products, platforms, and codebases.

You will ideally bring:
- Strong commercial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and debugging serverless applications.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automated data workflows.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid search, paid social, or content marketing.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and reusable solutions.
Desirable experience includes:
- BigQuery or alternative cloud data warehouse technologies.
