Sales Lead - Healthcare Analytics

United States (Remote)

The Role

Senior sales leader role focused on building and scaling government business across healthcare and public sector agencies.

This is a high-impact position responsible for driving enterprise SaaS sales, owning federal GTM strategy, and developing relationships with government stakeholders and procurement leaders.

The role supports expansion across healthcare, compliance, fraud prevention, and public sector modernization initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Own and execute federal sales strategy for healthcare analytics and SaaS platform offerings
  • Drive revenue growth across federal agencies and public sector accounts
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and government procurement processes
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across agencies including CMS, HHS, DOJ, FBI, and VA
  • Manage RFPs, proposals, and federal contracting workflows
  • Partner cross-functionally with leadership, product, legal, and marketing teams
  • Identify new market opportunities through policy and legislative developments

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of federal or government sales experience
  • Proven success selling SaaS, analytics, AI, or data platforms into government
  • Track record managing large federal pipelines or quotas ($50M+ preferred)
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement and contracting
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid, or fraud waste & abuse experience
  • Experience building or leading federal sales teams
  • Background launching new technology products into government markets
