THE ROLE

As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll act as the technical anchor for experimentation and causal inference, owning both the strategy and execution of how the company tests, learns, and makes product decisions.

• Rebuild and scale the company’s experimentation framework (A/B, Bayesian, causal methods)
• Own the experimentation roadmap and influence product and engineering leaders
• Design and evaluate experiments across web and in-app experiences
• Apply causal inference methods when randomized testing isn’t feasible
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to drive data-informed decisions
