A leading UK retail group is looking for a Junior Digital Product Analyst to join their growing Product Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in digital analytics who wants exposure to high-traffic eCommerce platforms across multiple well-known consumer brands.
You'll work closely with product and digital teams to analyse website and app performance, support checkout and feature optimisation, and build reporting and dashboards used across the business.

The assignment offers immediate ownership of pricing strategy and governance, providing stability and commercial direction during a period of leadership transition.
The Company:
They are a large, established digital marketplace operating a complex two-sided model, monetising through lead-driven and subscription-style products. The organisation is in a growth and maturity phase for its pricing function, having recently invested in building out analytics-led pricing capability and now strengthening commercial decision-making. Pricing plays a central role in revenue performance, sales effectiveness, and long-term customer value.
The Role and Deliverables
- Act as the interim lead for buyer-side strategic pricing, owning day-to-day leadership of the pricing function.
- Manage and coach a small team of pricing analysts and modellers, setting priorities and reviewing outputs.
- Own rate cards, pricing changes, discount frameworks, and promotional strategy to optimise yield and retention.
- Lead pricing governance, including preparation of materials and recommendations for senior stakeholder forums.
- Partner closely with Sales, Revenue, Finance, Product, and Analytics on commercial pricing decisions and complex deals.
- Document pricing processes, operating cadence, and governance to support transition to a permanent leader.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading pricing or revenue management within a two-sided B2B marketplace or comparable B2B environment.
- Demonstrated commercial pricing expertise across rate cards, discounting strategy, and marketplace monetisation.
- Proven ability to manage and direct pricing analysts or data-focused teams without needing to build models hands-on.
- Experience operating at senior stakeholder level, influencing sales and executive leadership with clear pricing recommendations.

The Role
* Independently manage and deliver quantitative research projects across sectors including political, consumer and multi‑market studies.
* Lead client communication from project scoping through to presenting results and insights.
* Manage client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and understanding broader strategic needs.
* Create data tables and outputs using internal tools and reporting platforms.
* Partner with consulting and analytics teams on larger insight programmes, occasionally leading these end‑to‑end.

* Strong Excel capability; familiarity with tools such as DisplayR is beneficial.
