The Role
As a Senior Marketing Analyst focused on Experimentation, you will play a key role in shaping how the business tests, learns and optimises. You will:
* Analyse the full user journey to understand behaviour, friction points and conversion opportunities.
* Identify what is driving or hindering performance across the acquisition and onsite funnel.
* Design, run and analyse A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.
* Build experimentation frameworks and contribute to scaling a more mature testing culture.
