Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Backend-Focused)
$125K-$140K base + 10% bonus

If you’re the kind of engineer who thinks in systems, not just stories this role is for you.
We’re building and modernizing a fully AWS-native platform that powers mobile applications, customer-facing portals, enterprise integrations, and large-scale operational systems. This isn’t maintenance work it’s architectural evolution in a high-impact environment.
You’ll design and scale distributed systems in a heavily serverless AWS stack, partner directly with business leaders, and help drive modernization initiatives across cloud and AI-integrated platforms.
This is a role for engineers who want ownership, influence, and technical depth.
What You’ll Own

Architect and build scalable microservices in a fully AWS serverless environment

Design APIs that power mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise integrations
-
Leverage Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Glue, and related services at scale
-
Contribute to architectural modernization and re-platforming efforts
-
Lead code reviews and mentor engineers to raise technical standards

Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions

Support CI/CD, reliability, and production readiness
What You Bring

Strong, hands-on AWS serverless expertise (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Glue required)

Experience designing distributed microservices and API-first architectures

Backend depth in Python or Node.js

Experience balancing scalability, cost, latency, and reliability trade-offs

SQL and NoSQL experience

Comfort operating in business-facing conversations

Experience leading projects or mentoring others
