Role Overview

The agency is looking for an organised and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to support the implementation and optimisation of Service Hub and Sales Hub, including clients transitioning from Professional to Enterprise. The role involves auditing client portals, improving workflows, and interfacing directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective HubSpot configurations.

This is a part-time position (approx. 20 hours per week) with potential to increase depending on performance, demand, and ability to contribute to strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of client HubSpot portals and websites.
  • Analyse, document, and optimise client workflows across Service Hub and Sales Hub.
