Sam is a results-driven SVP at Harnham, having joined the firm in 2014. Over more than a decade, Sam has taken a customer-centric approach to talent, running high-performing recruiting teams across both the UK and US and earning a reputation for velocity, precision, and delivering at the highest levels.
Sam now leads Harnham’s permanent recruiting team in the United States, spanning a footprint from Texas through California. Currently, Sam is focused on building high-performing teams across semiconductor manufacturing, data center infrastructure, financial services, and broader technology, sectors defined by rapid growth and increasingly complex talent demands.
Sam also plays a key role in managing some of the firm’s most complex and high-value embedded recruiting projects, having overseen multi-million dollar transformation initiatives for some of the largest companies in the US.
