Today, Mark specialises in the Data, Analytics and AI recruitment market, working with ambitious organisations to help them access the talent and capabilities they need to grow. He works closely with businesses ranging from high-growth companies to established global organisations, supporting them as they build teams and navigate an increasingly competitive and fast-moving talent market.
Known for his ambitious, commercially focused and hands-on approach, Mark has played a key role in Harnham’s growth across the UK, EU and US markets. He is passionate about developing people, building high-performing teams and creating an environment where individuals and businesses can achieve more.
Outside of work he is a family man, with a passion for golf and Crystal Palace.
