“Kyle Arriola is an Associate Vice President at Harnham, leading the firm’s West Coast sourcing and recruitment function as well as training and development across the region. With more than 13 years of experience across recruitment, sales, leadership and learning & development, Kyle focuses on building high-performing recruiting teams while remaining active in the market himself.

Kyle specializes in recruitment across Data, Analytics, AI and Technology, partnering with organizations ranging from high-growth companies to established enterprises. Alongside leading Harnham’s sourcing strategy and developing recruiters across the West Coast, he manages his own book of business and works directly with clients on talent strategy, market intelligence, executive search and complex hiring challenges.

Prior to joining Harnham, Kyle spent more than a decade with Insight Global, where his career spanned hands-on recruiting, leadership and national training. He led recruiting teams of more than 30 people and later oversaw national recruiter development programs supporting approximately 3,000 participants annually.

Kyle brings that combination of experience to both clients and his teams, connecting hiring strategy with execution while developing recruiters to become knowledgeable, consultative partners. His approach emphasizes strong market knowledge, candidate management, business development and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Originally from Southern California, Kyle is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He and his wife were married in Detroit, welcomed their two daughters while living in Atlanta, and are now expecting their third child, a boy. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys golfing and is a devoted University of Arizona fan.”
