Dave and Simon founded Harnham with a clear goal to be THE go-to specialist recruitment partner for all things Data. As the world has evolved and the skillsets have shifted further towards AI, Harnham has retained that laser like focus, supporting businesses right across the spectrum of their data and AI challenges.
Over 20 years in business, Dave and his teams have supported businesses from Sydney to San Francisco, helping over 11,000 companies hire exceptional talent, and supporting 16,000 individuals to find new roles in the Data & AI space.
Day-to-day, Dave now supports Harnham’s global team to build stronger partnerships with businesses on their data journey, from start-ups making their first AI hire to FTSE-50/S&P500 organisations building out new units and divisions.
Twenty years on, Dave still gets the same satisfaction from helping people find brilliant roles as he did in 2006. When he isn’t in one of Harnham’s Global offices, you will find him walking his dog in the Surrey hills.
