The Role
As an Applied AI/NLP Scientist, you'll play a key role in designing and deploying advanced NLP and LLM-based solutions that accelerate and enhance software engineering workflows. Working directly with senior technical leadership, you'll drive projects from early-stage research to production-ready implementations, with real impact on the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Model Innovation: Architect and implement domain-specific LLM/NLP models tailored to the needs of software engineering use cases-code generation, documentation automation, code review assistance, and more.
- Research to Production: Lead end-to-end development of NLP/LLM solutions, from proof-of-concept to scalable production systems.
- Model Optimization: Improve model efficiency and output through fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and inference techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, developers, and leadership to ensure AI capabilities align with platform strategy and user needs.
- Thought Leadership: Help shape best practices around applied NLP/LLM development, contribute to internal innovation, and author papers or patents where applicable.

Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for a hands-on NLP expert with a passion for building tools that empower developers:
- 2-8 years of experience in applied NLP or LLM-focused system development.
- Proven track record building and deploying NLP/LLM solutions in production.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, spaCy).
- Experience working with large, unstructured code and text datasets.
- Background in applied research with an ability to bring experimental models into real-world systems.
- Deep understanding of transformer-based architectures, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented methods.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in Computer Science, AI, NLP, or a related field (PhD preferred).

Data and analytics are central to how they evolve their products and optimise user experience.
The Role
As a Product Analyst, you will sit within a dedicated Product Analytics team and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and the wider Analytics function. Your focus will be on understanding product performance and driving improvements through insight and experimentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting deep dive product analysis to identify opportunities, issues and performance anomalies across core features.
- Owning end to end experimentation, from hypothesis design through to analysis and recommendations.
- Evaluating the impact of new features and enhancements as they are released at pace.
- Partnering with product stakeholders to influence roadmap decisions using data driven insight.
- Communicating findings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong product analytics experience within a digital or consumer facing environment.
- Advanced SQL and experience using BI tools such as Looker.
- Hands on experience with A B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to investigate complex data sets and translate analysis into clear actions.
- Confident stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience with Python and dbt is desirable but not essential.

This is a senior individual contributor role where analytics directly influences product direction and commercial outcomes. You will play a key role in shaping personalisation within a highly data-led environment, working on complex customer journeys with clear ownership and visibility across the business.

The Role
- Drive personalisation across app and digital journeys to ensure customers see the most relevant products and experiences.
- Partner closely with product teams to define and deliver a long-term personalisation strategy.
- Use data to determine which products or messages to surface at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with data science teams on recommendation systems and propensity models.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-offs and improve conversion and engagement.
- Lead and contribute to A/B testing and experimentation to measure uplift from product changes.
- Analyse and report on performance metrics including conversion rates, engagement, and customer behaviour.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and developers in a pod-style setup.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial analytics experience within a consumer or product-led environment.
- Advanced capability in SQL and Python, with Python central to analytical work.
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and measuring product or feature impact.
- Exposure to propensity modelling, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
- Confident translating complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
