The Opportunity
Join a small, highly influential team helping shape how AI is applied across a growing organization.
Rather than building AI products yourself, you’ll determine where AI can create the greatest business impact and help turn those opportunities into scalable solutions.
You’ll work closely with senior business leaders and engineers, connecting real-world business challenges with practical AI capabilities and guiding the long-term direction of an AI platform built specifically for the organization’s needs.

What You’ll Do

• Discover and evaluate opportunities where AI can drive meaningful business outcomes

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build production-grade agentic workflows, orchestration systems, tool integrations, and autonomous task execution capabilities.

• Develop the foundations required for deploying trustworthy AI systems, including evaluation frameworks, observability, guardrails, monitoring, and failure handling.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong fundamentals across distributed systems, APIs, backend services, and data modeling.
• Proven hands-on experience building AI-powered products using LLMs, agent orchestration frameworks, tool usage patterns, or multi-agent architectures.
• Experience designing and shipping production software in startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology environments.
• Ability to work with modern integration protocols and external platform ecosystems, including agent-based architectures and workflow orchestration.
• Strong written communication skills and experience collaborating effectively within remote-first teams.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI and agentic engineering technologies, trends, and best practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, digital media, or campaign management ecosystems.
• Experience integrating platforms such as customer data platforms, cloud data warehouses, advertising networks, or marketing analytics tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the architecture and modernization strategy for licensing and accounts platforms.
• Lead transformation of complex backend systems, including multiple Java-based services.
• Design scalable, reusable licensing frameworks supporting multiple products and interfaces.
• Simplify integrations across products, reducing system complexity and improving maintainability.
