Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience using Azoma to analyse product discoverability, AI search performance or digital shelf opportunities.
- Background in eCommerce, digital commerce, SEO or product content optimisation.
- Experience leveraging data and insights to improve product listing pages and product detail pages.
- Understanding of how AI-powered search, recommendation engines and emerging commerce technologies influence product visibility.
- Ability to translate analytical findings into practical content and optimisation recommendations.

The Role and Deliverables
- Use Azoma insights and recommendations to identify opportunities across product listing pages, product detail pages and digital commerce content.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Trading Manager, you’ll own the CRO testing programme across the company’s websites.
Using customer behaviour data, heatmaps, funnel analysis and user insights, you’ll identify opportunities to improve conversion, design A/B testing hypotheses and analyse experiment performance. You’ll work closely with the Design team, providing testing briefs and recommendations while reporting results and ROI to stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Own the CRO testing roadmap.
- Analyse customer journeys and website performance.
- Design A/B testing hypotheses and testing briefs.
- Use heatmaps, session recordings and funnel analysis to generate insights.
- Analyse test performance and report on conversion improvements and ROI.
- Present recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a CRO or eCommerce Analytics role.
- Hands-on experience designing and analysing A/B tests.
- Experience with AB Tasty, Contentsquare or similar CRO tools.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience analysing customer journeys and website performance.
- Self-motivated with B2C website experience.
- Retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
