We are seeking an Analytics Engineer to join a highly collaborative data organization that is transforming how data, analytics, and AI drive business decisions and customer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, product, and data engineering, offering the opportunity to build modern data products used by both internal stakeholders and external customers.
This is not a traditional dashboarding role. Successful candidates will be expected to act as business partners and domain experts, helping define key metrics, shape data strategy, and create scalable semantic models that power analytics experiences across the business.
You'll work on a modern data stack, collaborate closely with Product and Data Engineering, and help deliver innovative analytics solutions, including AI-powered and conversational analytics capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Design and maintain semantic models that translate complex business processes into scalable analytical frameworks
- Partner with Product, Finance, Operations, and other business teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Build and optimize data products using Snowflake, Looker, and modern analytics engineering best practices
- Develop curated reporting layers and analytical data models that support decision-making across the organization
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to define source data requirements and improve underlying datasets
- Deliver both internal analytics solutions and customer-facing data products
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate modeling, analytics, and reporting workflows
- Participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and other software engineering practices
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and scalability across analytics assets

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Warehousing, or a related field
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Strong experience working with Snowflake
- Experience with dbt or similar modern data transformation frameworks
- Experience building semantic layers, analytical data models, and KPI frameworks
- Hands-on experience with modern BI and analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and metrics
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
- Experience working within a software engineering-style environment utilizing Git, code reviews, sprint planning, Jira, and documentation tools

We’re partnering with an innovative insights and research business looking for a Data Operations Manager to lead technical data processing, automation and AI-driven initiatives across the organisation.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for data operations, helping research teams solve complex technical challenges, automate manual processes and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the business.
The Role
You’ll work closely with research, technology and operational teams to:
- Lead data processing and technical delivery across research projects
- Automate workflows using Python, scripting and AI tools
- Improve and optimise SPSS-based processes
