PROJECT MANAGER
LONDON/HYBRID
UP TO £60,000
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing internal consulting and technology transformation function. You’ll play a key role in a high-profile ERP transformation programme before progressing into a varied portfolio of technology, data, and operational change projects, offering significant scope for long-term career development.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Project Manager will:
- Deliver critical workstreams within a large-scale ERP transformation programme
- Manage stakeholder relationships across business functions, technology teams, and third-party partners
- Coordinate data migration activities, including planning, testing, reconciliation, and delivery
- Translate business requirements into structured project plans and deliverables
- Manage project governance, including RAID logs, budgets, risks, reporting, and timelines
- Support testing, user adoption, training, and go-live activities
- Lead technology, systems, and operational change projects for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience delivering technology, systems, data, or transformation projects
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across both business and technical delivery teams
- Strong project planning, governance, reporting, and risk management capabilities
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams within complex project environments
- The ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Exposure to ERP implementation, technology transformation, or data-focused projects
- Experience working in a consulting, client-facing, PMO, or transformation environment
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent would be advantageous
