THE ROLE
- Manage a team of transaction monitoring analysts, overseeing alerts, investigations and wider TM activity
- Maintain and enhance transaction monitoring rules to enhance accuracy and detection rates
- Collaborate with wider teams across the business including technology and product to improve detection and logics
- Work closely on updating the team with regulatory changes and industry trends
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Proficiency in Python, R, or another scripting language for data analysis.
- Experience mining large datasets and building dashboards/reports for stakeholders.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling insights.
- Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented-you ask the right questions and go beyond the obvious.

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for APIs that power our financial simulation and scoring engine. Key Responsibilities
- Own the API product lifecycle: roadmap, requirements, and execution.
- Define RESTful API endpoints supporting simulation capabilities and scoring logic.
- Establish and enforce standards for versioning, documentation, authentication, and error handling.
- Partner with data science and engineering to operationalize scoring models via APIs.
