The Role
You will take ownership of CRM projects across multiple client accounts, balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing multi channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives
- Managing lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications and SMS
- Designing segmentation, automated journeys and dynamic content approaches
- Analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Reviewing existing CRM activity to identify optimisation opportunities
