CRM Manager
London - hybrid, 3 days in office

This is a highly visible, client facing CRM Manager opportunity within a growing digital agency where strategy and insight sit at the core of everything they deliver. You will lead end to end CRM initiatives, partnering closely with well-known brands while developing into a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

The Role
You will take ownership of CRM projects across multiple client accounts, balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing multi channel CRM strategies aligned to client objectives
  • Managing lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications and SMS
  • Designing segmentation, automated journeys and dynamic content approaches
  • Analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations
  • Reviewing existing CRM activity to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Advising clients on CRM best practice and marketing technology usage
  • Supporting implementation and migration of CRM platforms where required
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contributing to account growth
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams including CRO specialists
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in CRM, ideally within an agency, consultancy or fast paced environment
  • Ability to define and shape CRM strategy as well as deliver execution
  • Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Solid analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
  • Understanding of multi channel CRM, with exposure to email or broader lifecycle marketing
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to lead projects independently
