The Role
  • Own and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid media strategy
  • Lead campaign planning, execution and optimisation across paid media channels including search, social and display
  • Build and implement performance driven strategies aligned to wider business and marketing objectives
  • Manage budgets, targeting and creative to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Drive continuous test and learn programmes to improve campaign outcomes
  • Present campaign performance and strategic updates to senior stakeholders
  • Mentor and support team members, contributing to a high performing team culture
  • Collaborate across channels including paid social, analytics, CRO and digital strategy
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience managing large scale paid media campaigns
  • Hands on expertise across key platforms such as Google Ads, paid social and display
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to clients or stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing including areas such as analytics, CRO or creative strategy
  • Experience leading or mentoring others within a team environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results
