Senior Marketing Analyst
Fully Remote in The UK
£70,000-£80,000 + Bonus + Equity

A fast-growing global consumer platform is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their expanding data team and help shape how marketing performance is measured and optimised at scale; this is an opportunity to join a product-led, subscription marketplace with a passionate global community and big ambitions for growth! The business already operates across 140+ countries and is now investing heavily in data, analytics, and experimentation to accelerate its next phase.

The Company

Our client is a membership-based digital marketplace connecting travellers and pet owners around the world; the platform enables pet owners to travel with peace of mind while trusted sitters care for their pets and homes. The business has built a strong global community and product that customers genuinely love. With ambitious plans to scale to 1 million members, they are investing heavily in their data platform, analytics capabilities, and growth strategy. The data team is relatively new but growing quickly; over the last six months they have built out a modern stack including Databricks and DBT. This role will sit within the Marketing Analytics function, reporting into the Lead Marketing Analyst, and working closely with Growth, Product and Commercial teams!

The Role

As the Senior Marketing Analyst you will help the business understand what's driving acquisition, where marketing spend should be allocated, and how to optimise conversion and growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with marketing stakeholders to shape key growth questions and measurement frameworks
  • Analysing performance across paid media, CRM, influencer and other acquisition channels
  • Delivering insight into campaign performance, incrementality, efficiency and diminishing returns
  • Combining multiple measurement approaches including experimentation, attribution signals, cohort analysis and MMM
  • Supporting the development of marketing mix modelling capability
  • Analysing the customer journey from visit → registration → membership purchase
  • Identifying behavioural signals and segments that predict conversion
  • Building dashboards and delivering clear, actionable insight to senior stakeholders
  • Improving the underlying data foundations for marketing analytics

The work will span strategic analysis, data modelling, stakeholder engagement and insight delivery, with significant opportunity to influence marketing strategy.

Your Skills & Experience

I'm looking for experienced marketing analysts who are comfortable working in fast-paced, product-led environments.

Key experience includes:

  • Strong SQL skills and experience analysing large datasets
  • Marketing or growth analytics experience within consumer, marketplace, subscription or tech businesses
  • Experience analysing paid marketing channels (paid social, paid search, CRM, influencer, etc.)
  • Experience with experimentation, incrementality testing, or MMM-style analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate analysis into business recommendations
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Familiarity with Python or R is beneficial but not essential
  • Comfortable working in start-up or scale-up environments

The Benefits

  • £70,000-£80,000 salary
  • Quarterly bonus scheme
  • Equity options
  • Fully remote working
