Senior Analytics Manager
London, hybrid working (2 days remote), salary up to £105,000 plus benefits

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining leadership, hands-on delivery, and client-facing work in complex, regulated environments. You will sit at the centre of investigations and regulatory programmes, using data, analytics, and AI to solve problems that carry real financial and legal risk for organisations.

The Company
They are a large, global professional services organisation with a specialist forensics and investigations practice. The team supports clients across regulatory enforcement, litigation, and financial risk, working with complex and high-volume datasets. Their work is highly visible, fast-moving, and closely aligned to regulatory scrutiny and business-critical outcomes.

The Role
You will split your time between leading people and delivering technically complex projects. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing a team of data and analytics professionals.
  • Leading forensic analytics projects involving large-scale data ingestion, cleaning, and modelling.
  • Applying AI and machine learning to support investigations, redress programmes, and regulatory reviews.
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, communicating findings, progress, and outcomes.
  • Contributing to business development through client development and winning new work.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across legal, risk, and compliance functions.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring:
  • Strong commercial experience delivering analytics or AI solutions in regulated environments such as credit, fraud, lending, or financial services.
  • Proven management experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Confidence operating in client-facing roles, with clear communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience contributing to business development or growing client relationships.
  • Hands-on technical capability with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms such as Databricks.
  • Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • The ability to translate complex data and AI outputs into clear, defensible insights.
Experience in forensics, investigations, or financial and legal risk is highly desirable.

What They Offer
  • Salary up to £105,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Hybrid working with two days per week remote.
  • Sponsorship support where required.
  • Exposure to high-profile, complex projects with real regulatory and legal impact.
  • Clear progression within a well-established and growing specialist practice.
