THE COMPANY

I am on behalf of a broadcasting powerhouse on a pivotal leadership role within the Analytics space. You will lead a team of 14, setting the strategy and vision across Marketing, Product and Customer Analytics.

THE ROLE

The successful Senior Analytics Manager responsibilities will include:

  • Set and execute the analytics strategy across marketing, product, and customer analytics to support business goals
  • Partner with stakeholders from marketing, product, and customer teams to embed data insights into every aspect of the business
  • Lead and mentor, and a team of 14, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Develop actionable insights that shape business decisions, enhancing customer experience and business growth
  • Utilise advanced analytics to influence product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Analytics Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior analytics role, ideally within broadcasting, media, or a fast-paced consumer environment
  • Expertise in marketing, product, and customer analytics, with a track record of delivering insights that drive measurable outcome
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing large teams.
