The Role and Deliverables
You will work across a portfolio of audience profiling studies, translating research and behavioural data into clear insights.
- Analyse first and third party survey data to build detailed audience profiles
- Work across multiple concurrent projects focused on live entertainment audiences
- Integrate data sources including panel data, website insights, and ticket sales data
- Use platforms such as GWI, or similar tools, to enrich audience understanding
- Produce structured insights outputs using existing templates and frameworks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable insights decks
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in audience or consumer profiling within a marketing or insights environment
- Proven ability to analyse survey data and interpret third party panel datasets
- Experience using GWI or similar audience insight tools
- Comfortable working with multiple data sources including digital and sales data
- Ability to translate analysis into clear, compelling insight narratives
- Experience in live entertainment, media, or cultural sectors is beneficial

Senior Product Analyst
London – hybrid 1x per week
Up to £80,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing analytics function within a purpose-driven technology business. You will play a key role in shaping how product decisions are made through data, with the chance to influence strategy and drive measurable impact across a widely used platform.

They are a global B2B SaaS organisation focused on helping businesses improve transparency and performance across complex supply chains through data and insights. Operating at scale, their platform supports tens of thousands of organisations worldwide. Their work centres around enabling better environmental, social and governance outcomes through accessible, data led tools. They are continuing to invest heavily in their product and analytics capabilities.
The Role
You will join a Product, Design and Technology function within a dedicated Data and Analytics team, working closely with cross functional stakeholders. This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence.
- Partner with product and technology teams to deliver actionable data insights
- Define and track success metrics for product releases and features
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of product analytics tracking
- Manage GA4 via Google Tag Manager, ensuring a strong and scalable data layer
- Work with data engineering to support data pipelines into cloud platforms
- Deliver insight through experimentation, including A/B testing
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor product performance
- Drive best practices in product analytics across the organisation
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in product analytics within a SaaS environment
- Hands on expertise implementing GA4 through Google Tag Manager and managing data layers
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and GCP
- Strong SQL skills and ability to work with data pipelines
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau or Power BI
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- A proactive and curious mindset with a focus on delivering business impact
