THE ROLE

THE ROLE
As a Qualitative Insight Team Lead, you will lead and scale the qualitative insight function while delivering high-impact research and shaping strategic direction across key client accounts.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Lead and develop the qualitative research team, with responsibility for hiring and capability growth.
- Own and evolve the qualitative research offering across the business.
- Deliver high-quality qualitative insight, remaining close to research execution and craft.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and account leads on key client engagements.
- Play a leading role across high-profile, global client accounts.
- Introduce and scale new qualitative and hybrid research methodologies.
- Contribute to new business opportunities and support commercial growth.
- Collaborate across insight, creative, and strategy teams in a matrix environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Qualitative Insight Team Lead will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience in qualitative research within an agency or consultancy environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team or capability.
- Deep expertise across a range of qualitative methodologies such as interviews, focus groups, and behavioural research.
- Experience working with large, complex client accounts and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link insight to business impact.
- Confidence operating in client-facing leadership roles.
BENEFITS

- Salary between £80,000 – £100,000 – depending on experience

THE ROLE
As a Senior BI Data Architect, you will lead the evolution of the data platform, working across engineering and BI to deliver a scalable and high-performing architecture.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Design and implement a governed Databricks Lakehouse, including catalog and data structures.
- Migrate complex legacy SQL into clean, modular, and maintainable pipelines.
- Build scalable transformation frameworks using Spark and Python or SQL-based pipelines.
- Optimise query performance across large datasets, improving efficiency and cost control.
- Define and manage data modelling standards, including dimensional modelling approaches.
- Develop CI and CD pipelines to enable reliable deployment and testing of data products.
- Create and maintain a semantic layer for self-service analytics and reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to translate data needs into solutions.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, balancing technical and business priorities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Senior BI Data Architect will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience in data architecture or data engineering within modern cloud environments.
- Deep expertise in Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and SQL Warehousing.
- Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience migrating legacy data systems into scalable architectures.
- Proven ability to design and build data pipelines using Spark and Python or SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, including star and snowflake schemas.
- Experience working with BI tools and semantic layers such as Looker or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with version control and CI or CD workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
