We are looking for a senior Power BI professional (Senior Consultant / Manager level) who combines strong hands-on development expertise with the ability to coach, mentor, and uplift a growing analytics team. This role is not just about building reports-it's about developing team capability, driving best practices, and enabling long-term self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Power BI delivery: from data preparation and modelling through to high-quality, user-friendly visualisations.
- Coach and upskill analysts through structured training, 1-2-1 mentoring, and hands-on support.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for less experienced team members.

This is a high impact Lead Product Analyst role where you will shape how data drives product and customer experiences within a fast-paced, product-led technology business. The Company
They are a well-established, data driven fintech operating a multi-product consumer app across lending and financial services. Known for their strong analytical culture, they have been profitable for several years and continue to grow at pace, including significant expansion into the US market. Data sits at the centre of decision making, with analytics embedded closely alongside product, engineering and growth teams.
The Role
You will operate as a senior individual contributor within the product analytics function, owning insight across key customer journeys and driving measurable impact.
- Lead product analytics for a consumer app, focusing on personalisation and customer relevance
- Use data to determine the right product, message or experience to show each user at the right time
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers and data scientists in a cross functional, pod based environment
- Drive experimentation through robust AB testing and funnel analysis to improve conversion and engagement
- Support recommendation systems and propensity models to predict customer behaviour and purchase likelihood
- Analyse customer journeys, drop offs and lifecycle behaviour to optimise in app and push notification experiences
- Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong experience in product or growth analytics within consumer facing digital products
- Advanced SQL and strong Python skills, with Python central to day to day analysis
- Proven experience with experimentation, AB testing and causal analysis
- Exposure to propensity modelling or recommendation based use cases
- A commercial mindset with the ability to link analysis to business outcomes
- Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in agile environments
- Familiarity with complex, multi step customer journeys, ideally within apps or large scale consumer platforms

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior, high impact analytics role combining hands on customer and marketing analytics with the chance to shape thinking around measurement and effectiveness. You will work with well known consumer brands, contribute to strategic conversations across a major agency group, and take ownership of complex analytical work that directly influences marketing performance.

Their work brings together data, marketing, and technology to deliver targeted communications, richer customer insights, and measurable commercial outcomes. You will join a collaborative analytics team that partners closely with internal teams and client stakeholders across digital media, customer analysis, and marketing measurement.
The Role
* Lead analytical work across multiple client accounts, helping shape data driven strategies and campaign optimisation.
* Investigate audience behaviour, targeting performance, and customer interactions across digital media activity.
* Analyse large customer and transactional datasets to identify trends, segment VIP customers, and inform next step recommendations.
* Support discussions on marketing measurement, including Marketing Mix Modelling principles, limitations, and methodological considerations, without building models yourself.
* Represent analytics in wider group meetings, helping evaluate effectiveness work and challenge external propositions where needed.
* Collaborate with commercial, product, and media teams to ensure insights are clearly communicated and acted upon.
* Operate with autonomy while contributing to a wider team and mentoring others where appropriate.
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in customer, digital, or marketing analytics.
* Knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling or econometrics principles, with the ability to discuss methodologies confidently.
* Good understanding of statistical concepts including experimentation design, uncertainty, and interpretation.
* Skilled in SQL and experienced using a business intelligence tool.
* Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting analytical narratives in a clear, engaging way.
* Experience in an agency or consultancy environment is beneficial but not essential.
* Curious, proactive, and confident navigating technical and commercial discussions.
