The Role
You will act as a senior individual contributor and trusted analytics partner across the organisation, working closely with Product, Growth, CRM and Commercial teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
* Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, segmentation and lifecycle performance
* Supporting CRM and customer engagement initiatives through insight and performance analysis
* Building reports, dashboards and decision-support analysis for senior stakeholders
* Identifying commercial opportunities, risks and behavioural trends through data
* Supporting experimentation and performance measurement initiatives
* Communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Contributing to the ongoing development of analytics capability and ways of working
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in customer, product, CRM or growth analytics
* Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets
* Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, retention, churn or lifecycle metrics
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working cross-functionally with non-technical teams
* Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
* Strong BI and reporting experience
* Exposure to experimentation or A/B testing is beneficial
* Python or R experience is a nice to have
* Experience in high-frequency consumer or digital businesses is highly relevant

The Role
- Deliver hands-on, commercial customer analytics that influence senior stakeholders across the business
- Lead customer segmentation and behavioural analysis to understand usage, value, and lifecycle trends
- Analyse churn, retention, loyalty, and customer lifetime value to inform strategic decisions
- Evaluate marketing and campaign performance, measuring ROI and efficiency
- Work with large, complex datasets to uncover insight across customer, product, and commercial performance
- Present clear recommendations, actions, and next steps to senior non-technical audiences
- Contribute to insight-led projects exploring new data sources such as location, device, and customer service data
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in customer analytics within a consumer or subscription-based environment
- Advanced SQL skills, including querying large datasets and joining multiple data sources
- Experience using Python and or R for analysis and insight generation
- Strong understanding of churn, retention, loyalty, CLTV, and marketing analytics
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insight
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working autonomously in a hands-on role
