This is a high-impact Senior Data Analyst role for someone who enjoys partnering closely with the business and using data to influence commercial decisions. You will sit at the centre of customer, product and growth analytics, helping teams make smarter decisions in a fast-scaling, digital-first environment.

The Role
You will act as a senior individual contributor and trusted analytics partner across the organisation, working closely with Product, Growth, CRM and Commercial teams. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches
* Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, segmentation and lifecycle performance
* Supporting CRM and customer engagement initiatives through insight and performance analysis
* Building reports, dashboards and decision-support analysis for senior stakeholders
