Influencer Marketing Manager

Farnham, Surrey (Hybrid - 3 days preferred) | Up to £60,000

The Opportunity

We're partnering with a high-growth consumer subscription brand looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join its expanding Growth team.

This is a performance-focused influencer marketing role where you'll be responsible for driving measurable customer acquisition and revenue through creator partnerships. Rather than focusing primarily on awareness or PR, you'll use data, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills to identify the right creators, forecast returns, negotiate partnerships, and optimise performance.

With influencer marketing now established as one of the business's strongest acquisition channels, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing team and play a key role in scaling an already successful programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with creators and influencers
  • Evaluate and forecast customer acquisition and revenue potential from partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial terms, rates, and partnership agreements
  • Manage influencer campaigns from outreach through to reporting and optimisation
  • Own and manage significant marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability
  • Analyse campaign performance using CPA, CAC, LTV, and revenue metrics
  • Optimise creator selection and investment decisions through data analysis
  • Work closely with paid media teams and external partners
  • Help drive integration between influencer and affiliate marketing programmes
  • Support expansion across channels including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms

What We're Looking For

  • Experience managing influencer marketing as a measurable acquisition channel
  • Background within a performance-led DTC or consumer-focused business preferred
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering against revenue targets
  • Confidence analysing CPA, CAC, LTV, and campaign performance metrics
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent creator, talent, and agency relationship management experience
  • Highly organised with strong campaign management skills
  • Hands-on approach to execution and optimisation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
