Growth Analyst - KatKin
£80,000
4 days a week in Farringdon

About KatKin

  • KatKin is one of the UK's fastest-growing direct-to-consumer pet food businesses, specialising in fresh, human-grade meals for cats delivered via subscription.
  • Founded in 2020, the company is on a mission to disrupt the traditional pet food market through premium nutrition, science-led products and a data-driven approach to growth.
  • Having raised a $22m Series A in 2022 and a further $50m Series C funding round in late 2025, KatKin is now a well-funded scale-up focused on accelerating growth across the UK and expanding into new markets.
  • Analytics sits at the heart of the business, with teams using data to optimise customer acquisition, retention, product development and marketing performance.
  • It's a fast-paced, high-performance environment where analysts are expected to influence commercial decisions, challenge assumptions and proactively identify growth opportunities rather than simply produce reports.

Role:

  • This is a highly commercial Growth Analytics role supporting the Acquisition and Product/Growth teams.
  • They want someone who is proactive, commercially minded and confident influencing senior stakeholders rather than simply responding to requests.
  • The business is extremely data-driven, with stakeholders who all have strong analytical backgrounds, so candidates need to be able to defend their thinking and recommendations.

What They're Looking For

  • Strong SQL + a visualisation tool. DBT, Google Analytics etc all nice to haves but core is sql + vis.
  • Experience from a consumer-tech, digitally focused business (small to medium companies)
  • Strong academics, fast career progression, clear achievements and impact
  • Experience working in high-performing teams or businesses
  • They're looking for evidence of someone who consistently over-delivers.
  • Personality is just as important as the technical skills.
  • They want someone who proactively drives projects forward rather than waiting for work, has the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders and builds strong relationships across Product, Marketing and Finance
  • Other big pluses are being able operate well in ambiguity with a strong commercial mindset, and is naturally curious and always asks "why?"
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics or Growth Analytics would all be relevant.
