The Role
As Group Product Manager, you will own a critical product domain focused on marketplace experience, search, discovery, and customer-product matching.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead Backend Engineer – AI Services
The Role
We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer to help bring AI/ML capabilities from prototype to production within an established SaaS platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role, not an engineering management or research position. You’ll work closely with Data Science to build scalable backend services, make architectural decisions, and integrate AI into customer-facing products.
What You’ll Do
- Build and evolve backend services across an established SaaS platform.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG, model serving, predictions, and scoring into production products.
- Partner with Data Science to take models and POCs from prototype through production.
- Design reusable infrastructure and patterns for AI development.
- Lead projects from architecture through delivery.
- Make build vs. buy and broader architectural decisions.
- Improve scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Communicate technical decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong server-side Java and backend engineering experience.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into commercial or customer-facing products.
- Proven experience taking projects from prototype to production.
- Strong architecture and system design skills.
- Experience working within and modernizing existing production platforms.
- Linux and cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong engineering fundamentals including testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and security.
- Basic SQL and experience with data-centric platforms.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
AI/ML Experience
Experience with several of the following:
- Python / FastAPI
- MLflow
- LangChain or similar frameworks
- Vector databases / RAG
- LLM APIs
- Model serving
- ML pipelines
- Prompt engineering / agentic workflows
Ideal Background
You’ll be a strong fit if you have deep Java backend experience, have successfully put AI/ML into production, and enjoy working closely with Data Science to solve complex technical problems.
Experience with analytics, BI, decision-support applications, or healthcare is a plus.

The Role
We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership across data engineering, architecture, and data platform development.
This is a Lead/Principal-level role where you will remain hands-on while setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and leading complex data initiatives from architecture through implementation.

- Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and varying data quality.
- Strong architectural mindset with the ability to make independent technical decisions.
- Experience improving or evolving existing data platforms.
- Previous experience managing a small Data Engineering team is required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow long-term relationships with key public sector and healthcare customers. This role focuses on executive stakeholder management, customer retention, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities beyond the initial implementation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple strategic accounts with seven-figure annual contract values.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Develop multi-year account strategies focused on retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Partner with technical and implementation teams to understand customer needs and communicate platform value.
- Navigate complex technology environments involving data, integrations, analytics, AI/ML, and workflow solutions.
- Travel approximately 10-15% for customer meetings and onsite engagements.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, enterprise sales, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing complex SaaS customers and multi-year relationships.
- Strong public sector experience, ideally with state-level organizations or public health agencies.
- HealthTech, healthcare, or Health & Human Services experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success growing existing customer relationships and generating new business.
- Strong executive communication and relationship management skills.
- Technical fluency with the ability to understand and communicate complex technology and data solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure.
- Willingness to travel 10-15%.
