Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience within CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience using CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
- Experience within the gambling or gaming sector.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate findings into business actions.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Interest in sports and an understanding of customer engagement within consumer-focused environments.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, or other high-volume customer businesses would be advantageous.
