This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused forecasting professional to join a growing consumer business during a key period of expansion. Working in a highly visible role, you will own sales and margin forecasting across multiple channels, helping to shape commercial decisions and drive business performance through data-led insights.

The Role
As an Omnichannel Forecasting Manager, you will be responsible for delivering accurate sales and margin forecasts across retail and e-commerce channels, supporting strategic planning and trading performance.
Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining sales forecasts across retail locations and digital channels
  • Partnering with commercial, trading, finance, supply chain, and category teams to align forecasting assumptions
  • Building short, medium, and long-term forecasting models to support business planning
  • Converting sales forecasts into operational forecasts to enable effective resource and capacity planning
  • Leading forecasting reviews with senior stakeholders, communicating risks, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Delivering ad hoc commercial analysis to identify performance drivers and growth opportunities
  • Supporting margin forecasting and providing insight into promotional and pricing strategies
  • Working closely with analytics and business intelligence teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting
  • Contributing to budgeting, reforecasting, and strategic planning activities
Your Skills & Experience
  • Strong commercial experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, merchandising, revenue management, or a related field
  • Experience working within a retail, e-commerce, consumer, or omnichannel environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insight
  • Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and performance drivers
  • Advanced stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Experience influencing decision-making across multiple business functions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
