This is an exciting opportunity to shape how a large digital media business engages with its subscriber base at critical payment and renewal moments. You will play a key role in reducing churn, improving payment success rates, and delivering seamless customer experiences through data-led CRM strategies.

The Role
  • Own and optimise the end-to-end CRM strategy for payment and renewal communications
  • Design and deliver cross-channel lifecycle campaigns to support subscription retention
  • Build automated journeys to manage failed payments and reduce involuntary churn
  • Segment users based on behaviour, billing data, and risk profiles to deliver targeted messaging
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure accurate, real-time data triggers
  • Analyse performance metrics such as payment success rates and campaign effectiveness
  • Run ongoing A/B testing to improve messaging, timing, and channel performance
Your Skills and Experience
  • Commercial experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within a subscription-based environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, or similar
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, automation, and segmentation strategies
  • Ability to work with billing or transactional data to inform campaign decisions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, product, and data
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements
