This is a newly created Ecommerce Analyst role where you will play a central part in shaping how data is used to drive commercial decisions. With a strong focus on insight rather than pure reporting, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and make a visible impact across a growing ecommerce function.

Collaboration across ecommerce, marketing, finance and technology sits at the heart of how we operate.
The Role
- Take ownership of ecommerce reporting, analysis, and insight generation across the business.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting that provides a single source of truth for trading performance.
- Analyse traffic, conversion, customer journeys, and overall ecommerce KPIs.
- Evaluate paid media performance and attribution across key digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Deliver proactive, actionable insights to stakeholders across ecommerce, marketing, finance, and technology.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in ecommerce or digital analytics.
- Confidence working with complex datasets to generate insight rather than purely reporting.
- Hands on experience with tools such as GA4, SQL, BigQuery, Looker or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of acquisition performance, conversion behaviour, and customer journeys.
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence non technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, insight led mindset with a focus on driving business impact.
