Associate Consultant, Data Science and Analytics
London Victoria | £63,300 base plus benefits and up to £13,000 bonus

This role stands out for the breadth, pace and impact of the work. You will sit at the heart of a growing Data Science and Analytics capability, combining consulting exposure with hands-on delivery across analytics, applied data science and AI transformation. It is a chance to build solutions that are not just advised on, but designed, built and deployed into real client environments.

The Company
They are a globally recognised strategy consultancy with a strong and expanding investment in Data Science, Analytics and AI across Europe. The organisation works across a wide range of industries and is increasingly focused on delivering practical, technical solutions alongside traditional strategy work. Their Data and Analytics team collaborates closely with consultants and a digital product group to create tools and systems with long-term impact.

The Role
You will work across both client delivery and internal innovation, gaining early ownership and exposure to varied projects.
  • Deliver analytics and applied data science solutions for client engagements
  • Build dashboards, perform statistical analysis and develop machine learning models
  • Support AI workflow automation and internal data or AI product development
  • Deploy systems directly into client environments
  • Contribute to stakeholder workshops, demos and problem-solving sessions
  • Work across sectors including healthcare, life sciences, transport and logistics, and financial services
Your Skills & Experience
You are a pragmatic data scientist who enjoys working in consulting-style environments and turning ideas into outcomes.
  • Strong commercial Python capability with solid data science and ML foundations
  • Confidence communicating complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Good coding and software engineering practices
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and comfort working with ambiguity
  • Interest in applied AI, automation and technology-led transformation
Experience with SQL, cloud platforms, deployment, APIs or LLM-based workflows would be beneficial but is not essential.

What They Offer
  • £63,000 base salary with up to 20% annual bonus
  • Hybrid working from a central London office
  • Early responsibility and autonomy on high-impact work
  • Exposure to AI transformation and system deployment projects
  • Strong learning culture with clear progression as the team continues to scale
  • Supportive, high-performing and collaborative environment
