This leading retailer is looking for their next Customer Analyst to work across within a large data team of all disciplines. As a Customer Analyst you will be making sure that this company retains it's prestigiousness from both new and existing customers, whilst ensuring the brand stands out from its competitors staying ahead of the trends.

THE ROLE
As a Customer Analyst, you will have an outstanding opportunity to help take the business to the next level. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working with Customer Data
- Working ability to work with both SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of Python, R or similar is desirable
- High attention to detail with confidence in dealing with ambiguity
- Good problem-solving skills whilst being proactive, approachable and flexible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Success in providing analytics in areas such as customer insights, CRM analytics, channel analysis, attribution, etc.

Your Skills and Experience
- Expertise in growth or product analytics, ideally within a consumer tech business
- Proven leader with the ability to build, scale, and lead teams
- Proficiency in interpreting user behavior data within product applications, including a robust understanding of clickstream data, along with hands-on experience in developing the necessary infrastructure for effective data collection.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised segmentation models, A/B testing, linear and non-linear regression models, and causal inference
- Expertise in SQL, with a willingness to dive into databases as needed.
- Experience with Tableau and other BI visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to establish productive cross-functional relationships within an organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
