THE ROLE

As a Customer Analyst in this company, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer behaviour and present key insights
  • Utilse data to identify customer segments and develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Work cross-functionally to implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reports on customer trends and behaviour to senior stakeholders

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience utilising SQL
  • Exposure to Python/R or a desire to learn
  • Comfortable utilising a data visualisation tool
  • Excellent communication skills

THE BENEFITS

The successful Customer Analyst will receive a salary of between £35,000 - £45,000
